Transom-transom systems

WICTEC 50 can be used as a transom-transom façade with supporting profiles of the same geometry for mullions and transoms. The transom profiles are cut straight and fastened with connectors without notching directly onto the mullion. Overlapping ventilation and drainage are ensured by special sealing profiles.

Advantages of transom-transom façades at a glance

  • Façade construction based on WICTEC 50 standard façade
  • Mullions and transoms of same geometry – notching therefore not necessary
  • Drainage via a horizontal profile or overarching EPDM sealing profiles
  • Suitable solution in all cases ensured by two system variants: WICTEC 50P and WICTEC 50E
