Stick system based
WICTEC 50EL is a unitised version of the WICTEC 50 stick system. This range combines the advantages of the stick system structure with the assembly benefits of the unitised façade. It also has an extremely narrow sight line of only 50 or 65 mm. The exterior profiles with mitre joints on the outside achieve an elegant appearance with a 'picture frame effect', and the system is particularly appropriate where there are stringent requirements for thermal efficiency, WICTEC 50 EL offers the ideal solution, with Uf values of up to 1.4 W/m2K.
The advantages of WICTEC 50 EL stick-based unitised curtain walling at a glance:
- Aluminium profiles using mullion-transom technology, with insulating profile that provides a high level of thermal insulation
- Narrow sight lines of 50 mm for undivided profiles and 65 mm for divided profiles
- Mullions and transoms have the same profile depth
- Efficient thermal protection up to Uf = 1.4 W/m2K, meeting the requirements of future energy saving regulations
- Reliable corner connection with corner brackets
- On the construction site, the units are easily installed in the façade anchors from the system range
Fully integrated windows and doors
- WICLINE 65 and WICLINE 77 ranges of windows, with visible or concealed sashes as turn, turn/tilt, tilt and parallel-slide-tilt windows, parallel-projected sashes
- WICSTYLE 65 and WICSTYLE 77 ranges of doors, single and double-leaf, opening inwards and outwards
